Pretty much any day is good for me as log as I know it in advance; I’m even willing to do a weeknight. The only thing that would stop me is if I had some big assignment due the next day or something, but if I know in advance, I can get that under control. I don’t know when my midterms are, but they could be a problem. Oct 14th sounds fine for now.

I haven’t been in Halifax for long, so I can’t recommend anything. I haven’t seen much in the way of abandoned buildings, but then again, I've stayed pretty close to downtown.

Well, since we haven’t decided on a location, I guess the Oct 14th meetup is off. I have a midterm on the 16th anyway.

Hi, my name is John... I'm in Halifax and kind of interested in exploring old buildings tunnels etc. I was watching a show the other night on people living in tunnels and thought that was neat; I started looking and I found you guys...

Where at? - was the hugest problem. Obousily there are locations. But some/most intercity ones are higher risk and do you want to jump a fence with somebody you don't know
Transportation? - Bus's, car's
Trustworthy? - A lot of people in the Nova Scotia area arn't full members, only post once every 3 months to ask if there are places in tantallon.
Day or Night/ Weekday or Weekend? - What time and date
Age? - Not every body is over 18. Myself & blake are 17 another guy i explore with is 18.

Ill surpport/help you with what ever you want to know.

Well maybe its a good idea to get to know one another first? Maybe go for coffee at a coffeeshop in the downtown area?

I am thinking maybe meet some sunday afternoon/evening for coffee at say the Paper Chase cafe on Blowers street?

I'm down to meet in a coffee shop somewhere in the city. I'm over by the forum but I don't mind meeting in another part of the city.

I have real issues with ten strangers meeting anywhere to do exploring. It is vital that we meet before even considering going out to do some exploring.

I agree and personally it just makes more sense to me.

The idea would be to maybe meet, have some coffee get to know one another and then possibly have another meeting where we decide where to go? some places that others have explored, bring photos or stories...that sort of thing.

I like the paper chase because it has those big comfy couches but its not a huge place.

I don't have a coffee shop preference. Paper Chase is on Blowers?

I've always wanted to check out the Pyramid Cafe (next to the Needs) on Windsor. I've heard very good things about it.. But, like I said, I don't care where we meet, but I like the idea.
