I only know the locations of a few, and they're nothing special. Here are some pictures I took along with a couple I got off municipal websites.
If you want the specific location of a tunnel, send me a pm. None are really impressive though (with the exception of the downtown tunnel!).
Small tunnel near the Armdale rotary.
Tiny tunnel in the south end - goes somewhere underneath an NS power substation:
This one (or two?) is somewhere in Point Pleasant Park. I don't know where, and I've never been to it, I got it off the park website.
The 1 km tunnel under downtown Halifax. Never been to this one, either. I got the picture from the HRM website.

I'm pretty sure it's new. The photos are from 2004, and I got them from the harbour solutions website.

It was surprisingly quick!
Nice pictures in the location database - I'll add a few places once I finally get a memory card for my camera ($80!?). Right now I can only take about 2 pictures per trip.
