| | | Finally made it out to the Beaverbank Radar Station today with a few friends. Really impressed, awesome spot, even met some other guys out taking some pictures. I took a bunch of shots, need to run them through photoshop for resizing and colour adjustments, but will put a link to it later this week. Anyone else been out there? Thoughts?

| | | Wow, I love the first one, that was one of my favourite spots in the entire complex. I saw you shoot with a d70, how do you like it? I would like to throw some money down eventually and pick one up, right now I just have a larger HP945, which does the trick, as well as an old Olympus OM10, which is marvelous for film, but I am not too confident on how my shots will have turned out, having not done a lot of low light-indoor stuff with it before.

| | | Congrats! Radar stations to me have always been interesting. They are so secluded and alone. [last edit 4/10/2006 1:06 PM by Alestrial - edited 2 times]

Stonehenge room has a number of possibilities. The D70 is good. Canon 20D may be better with L glass. Look forward to seeing your stuff. [last edit 4/10/2006 5:26 PM by flapjack - edited 1 times]

Well we didn't venture too far outside of the operations building, we were having a blast in there. We did look into the old holding tank to the left of the building, and saw a few collapsed ones on the road up, but beyond that I don't think we knew any others existed.
