Yeah, view my 1st ever pictures of an UE thing. They are okay, its just that I didn't take good pics, cause I keep on seeing a kids R kids bus next door coming in or out. Also I do not know a day without traffic. What I did, is wait for about 20 minutes making sure there isn't 100 cars, so before more cars come I go in. While I am out I hide behind bushes making sure there isn't no cop car.

You are not doing anything wrong. You have to completely convince yourself of this, to the point where you act like you belong there, and are surprised that anyone would suggest otherwise
Really, what looks more suspicious... someone standing on the sidewalk taking pictures of an abandoned building, or someone hiding in the bushes taking pictures of an abandoned building? Just act like you belong, and dress like you belong, and "hide" in plain sight.

1) Don't put yourself in a location to be noticed.
2) Maintain a low profile whenever possible.
3) Plan ahead to minimize risk of detection. Scout security and work habits.
4) Be prepared with a means of escape, several is better.
5) If you do get caught, be honest about what you're doing there. Alot of TV shows and films are starting to bring attention to UE. People can be sympathetic and not bust you if you just let them know that you're not out to vandalize or steal, but just take afew photos and see what's behind door #2.
6) Don't panic. Breathe. Count to 10. If you encounter security, you stand a better chance of escaping a bust if you can stick to plan and not freak out.
7) Be creative. Sometimes, especially if you try to enter a property where the owners and/or security are known to be unforgiving, you might try to finesse your way out of the situation. Claim to be lost. You were only looking for a restroom. You saw a unique architectural fixture and wanted to take afew quick photos while you're there. You do have a camera, so play the photographer part up for what it's worth.
In summary, there are ALOT of ways to avoid capture. No one could ever come out with a 100% complete list. But I hope with this I've managed to address some good tips to keep you out of trouble. Above all, have fun, and stay safe. Most important advice I can give, do not give them a reason to have you thrown in jail. This means try not to damage anything to get in, steal something, spray graffiti, mess things up. If it costs the company anything to clean up what you did, you can bet they'll try to take it out on you.
