	Who's going to the demolition of the old arena? It's at 7:00 am this Sunday, you can watch from the Canadian Tire or Home Depot parking lots. I'm going to be in the Home depot parking lot.

	Just to let everyone know this Sunday the 26th of march at 7:00AM the old Jets arena will be fully demolished. The viewing will take place in Home Depot parking lot at Polo Park Mall. so come and watch as the memories some cherish so much are torn to the ground. 	Grrr, it didn't all go down. Kinda disappointing. But it was still pretty awesome when what did blow up blew up. Or in. And not only was the Home Depot parking lot open to watch from, the Canadian Tire one was too. That's where I watched from. I wanted to go to the Home Depot one, but we had to pick up my dad's friend, and didn't have time to get to Home Depot. 	So everyone the conclusion is: the Arena blow down is The Arena No-Down for only the cement and roof shingles fell the steel framing stayed up without a scratch, Yah budget! ~ 2.0 : Now with upgraded spelling ~

	It's kinda sad that they had to pull it down, but it's a testament to the strength of our old arena!

	The roof is down now, but I am unsure of how they destroyed it. It was very funny earlier when the dust cloud rose and the roof was still standing.

It was really funny! They took it down by attaching LONG and very strong cords to construction vehicles, as well as the supports, they then blow torched the pillars and started pulling. It took 4 tries, but they finally got it down.

	Most of that rubble goes to the Brady landfill...although some is recycled. Demo contractor was Rakowski.
