Ok here are some pictures I just took. Its an abandoned house nearby, the piano was the only thing left in the house. It still works too.
Any help w/ how I should have taken these, or what to do next time would be appreciated.( I have a small tripod, but I was so excited being there, I forgot I had it. sorry.)
Im using a Kodak EasyShare C330.
well outside

Piano, moved halfway into the hallway.

Very small basement

Outside front of the house.(How can I get that better looking?)

They're all pretty generic now that I look at them...

Dont use flash!Flash drains all the amazing colors out of everything.I too use an Easyshare and it should have a M (manual) setting. Its not the greatest UEing camera but it gets the job done.If you go back definetly get another picture of the house,it has a lot of potential!

If you can't shoot in manual mode and are forced to use a flash you can still get creative! The easiest thing to do is to just hold your fingers in front of the flash (not touching it, just hovering above it) and try shooting like that. Depending on where you let the flash escape from under you fingers you can get some neat effects that work with the subject. Its pretty hit or miss, but with a digi-cam and a decent amount of storage you can just keep trying until you get one you like.

Otherwise, I bet if you hold tissue paper or something in front of the flash you can get varying degrees of softer light and maybe even colored flash... I've never really tried anything other than my hands...

couldnt find a manual mode, but i found that if i set it to "landscape" it lets me adjust shutter speed. and if i make it the slowest setting, i can take a picture in darker settings w/o flash.

I agree with the first comment about the flash. try to expose the film for a few seconds, that might help w/ the light source.
