|  | | | Hey guys, just to let you know I am new to UE so I havn't really gone to alot of places. However this site has been extremly helpful in giving me great places to go in my area. Anyways, one place I have gone to is the tranquille sanatorium (padova city whatever you wana call it). The place is absolutly fascinating. I went there this fall and looked around in one of the buildings. No more that 20 minutes later the guy came out and told me that I couldnt be there cause of liabilites and stuff (which is completly understandable). When he was talking to me, I asked him if he did tours but he said no because it was "his back yard". However, I did read a post on this site that says that he will give you a liability form to sign that says you wont sue if you get hurt on the property or anathing. If there is any way you can get this guy to trust you please let me know! Any help would be appreciated! Thanks.

Yeah I wanted to go in to the Greaves building where the alarms were off but of course my dad thought it would be to immoral to climb through the friggen window lol. So we had to go into the Main one and set off a bunch of his alarms.
P.S- Does anybody know how to get to the tunnels from the main building?

Yes it is correct to state that it is his backyard. I am one of the few who has legal access to the place from him personally, and I am extremely selective on whom i take. Plus I rarely exercise the fact, because I tend to only use it for my school photography courses, or go alone. I do not need anybody screwing that up for me, since I am using my access privileges for school. As well, if asked by anybody if I could take them, the answer is already NO!He lives in the first building with his wife, and his young daughter. If I was him, I would not want some creeps playing in my backyard either, especially since you could die out there if your dumb enough. However, if you need to see what the place looks like, and he will not let you in, here is a link.

It is also correct to state for the rest of you that this happened more then 1 year ago. Things have changed since this has happened. Therefor, I suggest nobody else tries it. When Ronik was there, I was still in highschool.

Wow thats really weird cause he told me that he was here with a "group" when he saw me outside. After I told him sorry and started to leave I saw two guys standing close to where he came from. I thought they were his buddies and he was giving them a tour.......

That group was most likely business contacts, and/or property partners. He is trying to secure investments to develop the property. As well the property is owned by several joint partners. So chances are they were either 1) business contacts 2) the other owners 3) friends/family he knows personally 4)I am often out there during the day, so it could have been me. I have been out there in the area before when he has caught people.
Note:

Yes I fully read your post and you are most likely right in saying that it was likely a close friend/family member or a business contact. Perhaps some day I will earn his trust and be able to go onto the property freely.
Just one more thing...you said you were there when he has caught people. I was there Oct 19. Maby you saw me there...

with reguard to the hauntings i think thats just a bunch of crap MTV put on their halloween show FEAR. The disapointing thing is they re-named the place Serenity Lake Sanatorium so it would be more appealing to americans...lol

Now Now, do not discredit Bragg. He is my good friend, and my UE partner in crime.
There have been many cases of hauntings.
The existence of this type of thing may not has as yet been either 100% proven or disproven either way.
Therefor, it is up to each person to decide whether to believe as fact, legend, or complete nonsense not based in fact what-so-ever. However, legends tend to start within fact, and grow outward from there.

I'm very sorry, no discredit was intended to Bragg. Perhaps there is ghosts there, but from what I have seen on FEAR, some of those stories seem a bit far fetched. Such as the nurse writing upside down crosses in the Weldon House (I think the real name is "Mens Residence.") But you are entirely right Canadian Tire, everyone is entitled to an opinion and I'm very sorry if I've offended either of you guys....
