	Habit. People always clean and tidy before they leave for holiday or something like that, so I bet it would carry over to moving out of a house. C. Disgruntled.

That or they might have gone for the holidays and not returned. That's what gets me about some places. People leave and never get the chance to come back... you can almost feel it.

i totally agree. it's like they just walked away... such a mystery. that's one of the reasons i love UE so much, it gives my curious mind something to do. ;]
