I don't mean to paint over the filter part. I know that painting over the filter screws the thing over, I mean the damn pink case for the filter and the light gray rubber mask; its too bright for even a retarded dog mistake for something natural (no offence to those with mental handicaps or colorblind dogs). Besides I don't like pink, it pisses me off BIGTIME.

I think he's trying to be all ninja-ish and stuff, which by my count is completely unnecessary... You're the one who was just talking about the fact that you're "never spotted" in the other thread about backpacks, so it shouldn't matter what color it is. But, I guess if you really want to play elite ninja sniper commandos, nothing I can say will stop you.

Get the 3M 7500 mask(very comfortable and grey) and 7093 filters(light grey).

LuminousAphid and I both have the 3M 6000, but it has white parts. I also have the 7500 which is dark grey all over and it's a lot softer and more comfortable than the 6000.

All I'm trying to do is not get spotted by some lunatic land owner; the last thing I want when I have to dive for cover when someone starts walking around (and I don't have time to pop the mask off) is to ham them walk past where I am and see two bright pink things in the woods. You could see this as foolish but I have a serious paranoia issue and if someone can't see me they can't hurt me. I don't trust people, but we are all entitled to our opinions and you can say what you like; I guess it just makes me feel better.

Thankyou for the advice, I'll look into that.
