| | | I recently took a trip down that way with my camera and a friend, along the tracks that lead out from the Via Rail station and beside the Grain Silos. As I was walking I noticed the area that had caught on fire, as well as the main building which looked pretty rough, broken windows, pidgeons everywhere, peeling paint etc. As I was taking a photo, a man suddendly appeared on one of the walkways near the top of the silos. My question is what is the status on these? I thought no one worked in them, though I guess I might be mistaken.

| | | still active, they just look like crap there is a small part that is vacant, but it's not very interesting, or worth getting caught for. [last edit 11/15/2005 1:08 AM by darbycrashin - edited 1 times]

| | | They burnt stuff you saw would have been from when one of the Silos exploded...last summer I believe. The building is a pretty beat-off place for people to actually still be working in it.

| | | I was down in that area just a while ago. The grain elevators look pretty cool at night. To get there we took the train tracks from Conrose park, and we were planning to look around the rain yards once we got to the end but there was a lot of activity (some guy was looking around) so we left.
