| | | Posted by WICKED1 After walking around this place, trying to figure out how we were going to get in, we actually found this handy object lying right there in the open. See bottom right of picture:

That ladder was sitting in the exact same spot when I was there over two years ago.

| | | No kidding! Sadly, my hopes were dashed though because as we made our stealthy way to the front of this place and looked in the doors, we saw that it was being used for storage. Nothing interesting inside unless you're into early '90's car parts and lawn mowers!

I should have mentioned that a friend of mine was arrested at the censored location and told the police how he got in so that the method of entry I described could be prevented in the future.

| | | Are there any lightweight, extremely compact collapsible ladders out there? The only ones I've seen are rather bulky and heavy, but a smaller one would be incredibly useful.

| | | You could try a rope ladder, like kids use in treehouses abnd such, if you can find someone that can throw that high. Or just toss a grappling hook up, rig some-sort of pulley system to haul the ladder up, and tie it there, then climb? I don't know. It was a general idea. Maybe someone can elaborate? o.o

| | | Wooden boards can be defeated in an unusual manner: If they are ply board or chip board, why not try this (assumes a few litres bottles of water, or a hose) Soak them. Get them wet!! In summer, they dry warped and often pop the nails / screws holding them right off the framework. In winter - they freeze hard and either pop off, or become so brittle they... can... You know.. Just magically fall apart. :-> Chris...
We all had ostriches. My dad had an ostrich farm! I remember one day someone came in and said the high altitude bombing of Kosovo had been a limited success, so we all went out and celebrated… by killing an ostrich and boiling it in kiwi fruit. |

We did that once. When I went back, I found they'd replaced all the Phillips-head screws with twenty-some different sizes of Phillips, slotted, one-way, and hex screws. Laughed at the simplicity of their solution for a bit, but it was damn effective. Never got in that way again.

| | | Posted by melancholy I was just wondering if anyone had developed a good way to get past boarded doors and/or windows. There are quite a few places I have been itching to get into, but they are boarded 100% on the first story.

| | | From the above website: This set of ninja gear is a must have for all aspiring ninjas. If you ever wanted to climb a tree, then these ninja items are all you need. Well, maybe a sense of adventure as well. I can just imagine some excited kid mailing in his check with the following note: Dear TBO Tech, I am an aspiring Ninja and I've always wanted to climb a tree. I have a really good sense of adventure. Please rush me my ninja grappling hook and ninja spikes, so that I can prepare to climb a tree immediately! There's a tree in my back yard that I have wanted to climb forever, but I didn't have a grappling hook or foot spikes. Thanks for making my Ninja dreams come true! Sincerely, Beebo
