The address given isn't in Google Maps, and I really don't know my way around the North End...

You got it cased - it will be on your left shortly after turning left onto Rochdale.

We will have to give him some slack on this one. He must still be on vacation as he has not signed onto the site since Christmas Day. I named the date on Dec 27. We will have to go out again, and make sure he gets the word.

From the look of the site it appears to have been a manufacturing plant of some sort but a small scale mine would not be out of the question.
