I just recently found a cool drain under a grate. One day I could open it, the next it was bolted. How do you lift grates? I suppose there are two kinds: the big ones, which tend to be bolted, and the ones on the side of the road, which look impossible to open. You can't fall off a mountain. Just latch on and pull it open... If it's bolted, un-bolt it...
