well I found this out 4x4ing/hiking at stave
it was still active at the time and I was escorted out and back to my truck
I have been there since deactivation
not much was really left of interest
then again I don't really know what was there to start with

but the local Native band now makes use of this location

and I have been wondering if anyone else has been there
have been planning on heading back up once the truck is on the road again
could be a while the next trip will be a night run

I'll get some GPS Cords next time I'm in that area
or at least to the gate the blocks the road so you guys
can track it down on google earth

well it didn't like my image so
her is a link Http://www.bobcat.ca/stuff/stave3.jpg

What do you 'think' you found there? If it's around Stave, a mud-bogged F-250 perhaps?

Are you talking about the old Stave Lake correctional facility ? If you are, it closed own a few years ago, and was somewhat recently converted into "Zajac ranch" a camp for kids with disabilities.

It requires wisdom to understand wisdom: the music is nothing if the audience is deaf.
