the first one is i think its some sort of drainage if there is any overflow of water
next one is hmm the sanitary sewer? hmm clean sewers thats kinda ironic
this would be that infamous water basin thing we have all been talking about, if you look at the fence around it there is dead grass, garbage, weeds and other stuff stuck to the fence, mabye cause for whatever reason this thing overflows?

now this would be the location which we want access into...
here you can see more weeds, grass and stuff on the fencing around the edge, and they look quite sturdy as well bolted into the concrete and welded together, tie a rope to this to get access?
now why the bloody hell would they have a bar over a stormdrain cover???
even more interesting they have the bar padlocked over this, i looked down into the drain and there is a huge pipe like those 2 in the basin with water running through it, they obviously dont want anyone in there

from a little view point so you can get the idea
waterman? now what could that mean?
this waterman thing, could it be some sort of value to control water flow?

ok thats it tell me what you guys think about this and why this would be used as some dam to hold water for whatever reason, and if the pics are unclear or just plain suck tell me so i know for next time how to make them clear
