|  | | | Demolition has started on the north-west end and the place looks pretty gutted. The main tower on the east (of which I don't have a pic) still seemed intact when I drove around it on saturday, there might still be something interesting inside.

I was around that area a few months ago when they had just started doing the demolition on the lower levels (taking out fixtures etc...).

The tower is staying,and it is going to be a resort style hotel,complete with pool,lounge etc.

| | | | Went down there a few nights ago, some time around 1:30 AM. Just drove around a bunch of times, never got out of the car. There was security guard sitting in a white car by the fence on the west side. Ten minutes later he and his car were gone, not sure where to.
There was a Brinks money truck loading in front of the Casino not far from there, which probably heightened awareness of the surroundings.
It seems like access on far south east corner is the most hidden and easiest.
Might go check it again in the future. Not quite sure yet. It feels hot.
