Last I saw it was half torn down, with a security guard's car parked right inside the building. All that huge old-growth timber used in the structure. Hopefully they salvage it. They are selling them to a lumber yard in Washington that are refinishing them and selling them again to upscale buildings that are under construction around the world. Some of the timbers are 700 years old. They are also working on the old parking lot on the South West corner of Powell And Commercial. And they are demolishing a fond long-closed food manufacturing/warehouse building on Commercial and Pandora. Lots of developement in that area. It seems to be seeing a revitalization.
