If you really feel the need to break shit to get into somewhere, use bolt cutters. That way, when you get caught, you'll only get charged with breaking and entering as opposed to domestic terrorism. Plus!! You don't run the risk of blowing your fingers off.

How efficient is this model glue + rocket engine mixture for locks? I can't imagine this would do any more than shoot a nice group of sparks out of the keyhole and permanently damage the lock once the glue dries. Photos or sumpin' of the leftover lock perhaps?

Sewer has fast flowing water and traped gass.........

Not to mention... They are Full of human waste, CRAP, FECES, Tampons, CONDOMS, Diherrea, Etc!!!

I would never get on a sewer. Unless it was like some special one were there are catwalks arround it or some service tunel. I rather take and hold my breath full of asbestos than to breathe that smell.

Asbestos isn't a big concern, as long as you take precautions... even a simple dust mask will help a lot, and that's recommended anyways.

A simple dust mask weill not provide enough protection from Asbestos, only a P-100 filter with a form fitting facemask is recomended even in stilghtly comtaminated areas. It is true that people can get huge doses of it and be fine, but there are people who go into a room where there is only one linolium tile with asbestos in it and low and behold they have lung cancer in a year. As long as you don't disturb it, make a dust, rub up against it, etc., you should be fine, but be safe and get a P-100 filter. It also protects againts 99.7 organic compounds. I'd actually like to take this thing against come C-7 Gas.

That sounds like a nice place. Good luck. I think I wouldn't have the guts to get into sewer system, mainly because that gas stuff.

Actually, according to a Finnish sewer diver the shaite concentration is not that high: even if you flushed a brown anaconda down the crapper, the load that ends to the sewer mostly consists of water. And don't forget showers and other things that dilute the crap soup with almost clean water...

Almost clean? I'm feeling thirsty..

Hmmm, sewer diver? What's that? Is it some job or is that some word for someone that does sewers? Either the way, I'm interested.

For your kit, id try to keep it to a minimum. Id go with a flashlight, a respirator, a cell phone, some extra batteries, and maybe a bottle of water.

A camera can be a good prop, especially if your 14. You can just say that you were shooting photos for a school project and hope the person cuts you some slack. If you go before dark you could do what ive done and say you thought it was legal before 8pm or something. When i used that, they called me a "fucking dumbass," but hey, I didnt get any fines. And since youre younger, that may work.

Does anyone know if a respirator would help? like would a cop see your saftey precaution and keep that in mind?

There was an interview in YleX couple of years ago. No, he doesn't actually dive in the sewers, but he was interviewed as one. Maintenance worker or something he was.
