| | | Hmm, never been caught while actually exploring. However there was an incident where I had to admit to exploring to get out something else major. Of course they were more worried about terrorism and what not (Spring 2002) so trespassing was of minor concern. It comes down to this: what security/cop busts you, what district attorney is in charge of your case, and whether or not you can talk fast. In larger cities, cops don't care about this small shit, just show your camera and let em search you for spray paint. In smaller places, cops get bored and are jerks alot of the time.

| | | here in ontario I think its a $65.75 for a tresspass, and its not a criminal offense, its a provinical ticket, akin to no bell on your bicycle (at least thats what I gathered from a few people). Not sure about B&E but that is criminal and could carry jail.
