Back in 1972, the checkered flag waved as the leader of the pack crossed the finish line, the others nipping at his heels. For three years, this was the place to be on the weekends, now, the wind races along, interrupted only by trees and weeds racing towards the sky. The old and abandoned Century 21 Raceway lays forgotten to most, but is an inviting place to others. Here are a few photos of my exploration there.
