	On a 10 story apartment building atop goat hill in Dallas. We were driving down the highway recently and noticed the construction equipment. I have heard this was in the works for several years, but I guess it's officially official now that they're actually doing work. Just what Dallas needs-another tacky, expensive apartment complex.... Many of you will know this location for the former restaurant that sat there until 2006, when it was demolished.
