| | | I was going through my external drive the other day and found these photos from a trip I took to Bosnia a few years back. I worked during the day there and had nights and weekends off. I ended up exploring the town in my free time and one weekend we made a trip to a castle that had been used as a hide out during the war. There was graffiti on the walls and some of the floors had fallen apart. I guess before the war it was an important historical site. Now it seems they are trying to revive it a bit because there was a small sculpture garden being started. Anyways, these aren't the greatest photos because I was still learning, but here they are. Outside turret
Bombed out floor near turret
Bombed out floors from above
This hallway was about the only floor left, on either side were the bombed out floors
Exterior front side
Courtyard from the roof
View from the turret side
My favorite shot of the gals napping with the castle in the background
Thanks for looking, I know they aren't the best photos. I'd love to go back and take more now that I know what I'm doing better.

| | | Just 'cause the photos may not be the best you've ever done, doesn't mean they aren't still good. I think they capture a lot of the feel of the castle. I'm glad that you took time to share them with us. Abby Normal

| | | Yeah, I took so many pictures of the stone work while over there. People would ask to flip through my camera and just laugh at me cause it was mostly reference photos of stonework to take back home. Lol

| | | Cool set! Building "shells" are pretty interesting depending on the location. Also, nice feets
The Durango '95 purred away a real horrowshow - a nice, warm vibraty feeling all through your guttiwuts. And soon it was trees and dark, my brothers, with real country dark. |

| | | Thanks! They fell asleep cause our British friend decided to read us Narnia books aloud. Lol, something about a story told in that accent is extra relaxing.

Thanks! I have a ton of wall shots. I'm a painter and took way too many reference pics. I can post a few when I get home later, I'm on my work's tablet.
