	The first time I went, about a month ago, everything was locked. The second time I went, about two weeks ago, everything was unlocked. When I went yesterday, everything was still unlocked, but it looked unchanged in those two weeks, so I don't know. Are you familiar with the building? Do you know how to get upstairs? (Is that something I can ask here?)

	Yes. There is a notice of land use action posted outside for its future plans. I haven't been back to it in a while but I remember they were going to demolish it at first. It has been virtually unchanged for at least couple months, seems only recently they have got funding to go with whatever plans they have for it.

That notice has been up for years, from what I can tell (at least since January 2012, and the sign was faded and old back then).
