Theres a maniac squatter lives next to it claims he owns it and weilds a shotgun. Hes really bad tempered. Her name (the ship) is the pacific queen. A wooden refrigerated ship meant to carry fruit. I can't remember her launch date but I believe it was in the early 20's.
