yes I live near that thing. Theres a maniac squatter lives next to it claims he owns it and weilds a shotgun. Hes really bad tempered.

Her name (the ship) is the pacific queen. A wooden refrigerated ship meant to carry fruit. I can't remember her launch date but I believe it was in the early 20's.

Edit: I never got inside it because of the aforementioned tard with a shotgun.

If you ask him nicely if you can take pictures of it, he's actually an ok person to deal with. There's a few other boats there as well, but you can only see them at extremely low tide.
