Had to handle a little business out of town. I had a few hours to kill so I took off on foot to see what I could see...Here is a bit of what I found.

This location was a stumble upon after poking around at the old rail station and warehouses. It looked relatively new compared to the rest of the area.(50's-60's). Newest paperwork I could find was late 70's.

Thanks you guys. and yeah, Boone is a great adventure pup. He makes random "walk-abouts" a lot of fun when he pokes his nose in, under and around places...and I just "have" to go in behind him, to get him out!

Great set. Was the dog a good dog or a bad dog?

Boone, The Adventure Pup! He's awesome.
Fortunately, I have yet to have the "bad dog" encounter on an outing. Well, not of the 4 legged variety.

Liked the set. The colors are very vibrant in your photos.

Do you normally take the dog when exploring or is it for protection?

My little Jack Russell is too adventurous to take with. He'd urbex all alone while I was setting up a shot.

No, I don't ever take him if I am on a purposed explore; he's more of a liability than an asset!
BUT, any chance we can walk in a new area, especially somewhere open and relatively quiet, like this,(we were in a train yard/industrial area) he has been a real plus as a new location scout! He found us an entire days worth of treasure holes!
