|  | | | While the town is quite small, there is nice little gem that has been performing a quiet transformation over the last three and a half years. After relinquishing its civic duty after the 2008-2009 academic year, it has become a folksy place and a rather trusting one at that, despite the few parties that occasionally cause a ruckus.
A private person owns the building and there is an assortment of small businesses that rent out space in the old classrooms. A radio station, a gym, craft shops, artist studios, and much more. Most of the building is unlocked and occupied in various levels throughout the day. A perfect marriage of access to the curious and accountability for the not so nice.
