|  | | | Last Summer I got to take my Pop's on an explore when I visited him at his spot in NC... And while I know this place is well publicized and was recently in the TV show "Revolution", I just loaded these up and thought I would share. I also have to say it's the most fun I've ever had with my dad and would encourage you all to include your loved ones in your hobby (even if it's lame low risk spots haha)

This is an OLD meat packing plant. It's been closed longer than I've been alive as far as I know. The walls are all missing from the hasty removal of all the machinery and equipment. I've never seen a building picked so clean in my life haha
Yeah, I'm glad I got to do it while he was still up for it! I really got him hooked, he texts me like once a month saying he found a spot and asks me when I'm coming to see him haha Guess I'll have a busy time when I go back

Yeah my dad called me when he saw it on Revolution, he was like a little kid going "WE'VE BEEEEEEN THERE!" haha
And I love that last part, "because everyone does", LMAO Please tell me you told that to him!?!?!?!
And in that area... As long as I"m with my Pop's, I'm not worried about getting in trouble ;)

He was actually pretty nice, once he realized I was by myself and had a camera instead of a can of spray paint, but if I ever decide to go back, maybe I should see if your dad wants to come along!

The missing walls are the result of removing all of the large equipment from the building in the easiest and cheapest fashion they had at their disposal haha Knock down wall, push or crane the machinery out the side of the building.
