| | | Is 4. in the little red barn? I sure hope not. I used to use that barn. Gads. I helped restore the wiring in it and in the main house. Sad. Wait, is 3. the main house? Wow, it is not looking good. [last edit 12/24/2012 6:42 AM by Phule - edited 1 times]

| | | Yes and yes, looks like whoever owned it before the last foreclosure gutted the home and re-framed the entire interior. Unfortunately, they left all of the demolition debris in the barn. Typical housing boom carelessness that happened a lot in the last decade leading up to the crash. And in picture 5, that is a really high angle shot, the pile of crap is at least 6 feet tall at the center.

| | | Ooh, I like unfinished houses like that almost as much as abandoned ones. They strangely remind me of castles, though I couldn't tell you why. Sad that it doesn't look like it's going to be finished any time soon. Could be such a nice place.

| | | Yeah, it actually was a house built back in 1922, the barn is probably easily as old, at least the foundation. The house has been remodeled over the years and maybe completely rebuilt at least a time or two. This time around it was mid re-model when it was foreclosed on from the looks of things. It'd be cool to know the story behind it, but I'm guessing typical renovation for flip and profit that didn't happen before the big housing crash. I prefer old abandoned places that the earth is reclaiming, but these are fun to explore too.
