|  | | | This place is HUGE for houses in my neighborhood. It's been sitting half finished for over 4 years. From what I could find in public records it was discovered vacant after the people who lived here defaulted on their bank loan. The bank has been trying to sell it as is since 2008. The ivy growing on the side of the home is working into the stucco & it looks like the roof has a huge hole in the living room area, birds have made it their home.
