Places to go in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada.

Recently visited the Manitoba cement factory located on kenaston and have explored the Manitoba sugar factory. My friends and I are quite new to this and were thinking of going to the old monastary in St. Norbert. Does anyone know of cool places in Winnipeg or around Winnipeg to check out? We love exploring and taking pictures.

Not quite Wippineg, but it still Canada: Other. Greetings, from the only Saskatchewanite I've yet to see on this site.

Entry to the rooftop playground is free, if you look up enough to know it's there.

Just going to let you know before people go nuts, but asking for the location of a site in a public thread is a taboo here. PM's work much better.

I just did my first UE today in Point Douglas. http://flic.kr/s/aHsjzNKKWo Found some camps by the riverbank that looked recently used. Didn't see anyone though. I recommend anyone in Winnipeg check it out if you haven't already.

For my next UE I'm thinking St. Norbert Monastery and Stone Wall Ruins.

I am new to this website, although no stranger to UE, growing up in St.Boniface there used to be a ton of cool old brick buildings along Archibald, plus Symington Yard to romp around. I currently live in the Exchange, and have had a fun time checking out empty warehouses and the nearby junk in Point Douglas and Chinatown. I just came back from Montreal and have been re inspired to do more UE after doing a photo shoot in the most marvellous abandoned turn of the century factory.

I am looking for some like minded cohorts to go on adventures with. I used to go alone, but unfortunately last year some cracked out ruffians tried to mug and stab me on Sutherland so now methinks it's safer to travel in small groups. I love danger, filth, and living on the edge... PM me if you want an adventure!

Just got back from a couple week trip to Montreal where I got into some pretty sweet buildings. Including that big factory in St.Henri which was pretty fun. Not sure what its actually called though?
I've only ever done a few things like the soap factory, and shit in Winnipeg before. Mostly gone in places in Hamilton/area and Toronto. So I'm pretty stoked to start looking around Winnipeg some more. Glad Summer is back.
