Extraordinarily, it also stipulates they should not be allowed to speak to each other for the duration of the order – 10 years. What the hell? I can almost understand why they wouldn't want them exploring, blogging, or carrying equipment. But they can prohibit them from talking to each other? I wonder how they'd even enforce that. Phone taps? Keyloggers? Mail screening? 24-hour surveillance? I doubt they'd waste the resources. If he does, he violates his probation and can go to prison. It's the UK... shit's backasswards over there.
