Definitely a fun day.

Went to a nightclub in the morning.

2.

Met up with some new guys and went to a prison that I didn't take photos in and a school that I did.

6.

Then spent the evening wandering through some of Atlanta's finest hotels.

Hope you enjoyed. Apologize for any crookedness. Wanted to hit myself for not bringing my tripod.

Wow, Califone, love the teddy bear in the desk and the book in #5 - the soft focus on the edges is so nice.

Monkeybrainzzz, the crookedness doesn't bother me, I actually sort of like it in #8, it's mesmerizing. The window in #2 is really cool too.

Thank you. It mainly bothered me in number 6. Because I love the tones in the picture, but the slight tilt that's obviously not intentional was bugging me. The extremely tilted ones were of course done on purpose, but thanks for the comments!

Ah yeah, I see what you mean, but it's very slight. You shouldn't be so hard on yourself. Pretty amazing that you were able to take these without a tripod.

By the way, what is #8 a picture of? I love the colors. Sort of reminds me of some Alex Grey Tool artwork or something. Like:

It's the interior of a hotel, looking up from the ground level. The bands are the floors of the building.

Oh, hey, I know that night club. That window is a bit of a give away.

Love the pics. And even as a very not-abandoned building, the Marriott Marquis lends itself to some very interesting shots. I've stared up at those balconies many-a-Dragon*Con while people watching.

Very fun place to wander in for sure. I've tried to get on the roof a few times, haven't got lucky yet though. Maybe next time. =P
