My mate Thomas and I are going on a 16 day road trip from Calgary to Vancouver and then down the western side of the states through Seattle and San Francisco ish area from Feb 4th - Feb 19th.
If anyone lives in areas on the western side of the states and knows of any hospitals/asylums/big urbex locations we would love to be shown. We would love to perhaps meet up with anyone willing to while we go on our journey, essentially sleeping in our car/tents we are bringing.
Any help in this regard would be amazing.

I am not really into anywhere where "shit,sprint away RIGHT NOW" is likely to be necessary.
Thanks for the offer, and if I were able I would, I just had knee surgery a couple months ago. That by no means I am crippled or a drag down, I'm good for climbing and exploring almost anywhere, but sprinting is not in my skills list  I'm an active guy and in better shape than I ever have been, but there is still a little rehab to go and my gym 4 days a week is getting that fixed quick.
On the same note though, I don't want this to kill anyones ideas of going somewhere, I just think LARGE security or personnel presence is something I'll stick away from for a little

I am psyched to go on this trip and leave Saturday morning for Vancouver.
When we enter the states, most likely Monday or Tuesday (Seattle) then we will be trying to snag a SIM or just find hotspots for internet and phone capabilities.
The opportunities for Urbexing sound delicious  and if you are still looking to give us a show around please reply here or PM me, I'll get back to you whenever I have internet.
Please also give good days and times if any are available, we are looking to spend a few days around there, but not much longer.
