| | | I'll be in san antonio tx feb 2. i'm in the process of trying to obtain permits to check out an asylum there. on other sites like this, people say it's awesome, but have heard gun shots and/or been ticketed by police...so not a lot of people go there or have been able to photograph it in it's entirety. anyone interested? it's been identified/certified as haunted (if you're into that). No one has been through all 3 building because of the presence cops, gun shots, and/or too frightened to get through it all. But with permits, it will be awesome!

| | | YES! I am totally down! If you get the permission to check it out legally hit me up...I've never been to an abandoned asylum and it's still on my list of places to go so I would love to go...I live in Austin but it sounds like it would be worth the hours drive to San Antonio for sure

| | | ...actually I may be working but it's probably possible to get my shift covered or just go and be back in Austin before I go to work (cuz I work nights)

| | | I still dont have the permit in my hand, but talking to a lot of people. in 1 email, the officer said the site isn't going to be there much longer because all the buildings will be torn down to make way for a shooting range. Just a heads up if people were putting it off...time is running out.
