I don't know about a semi-regular meetup. Go for it if you want, I may or may not attend. There's not a huge exploring community here, so don't expect a crowd. Most of the people who came to both Infilnapoli were out of towners. You are better off getting together with the people you talk to on here and doing something.
Infilnapolis 2012? I took organizing duties from the original organizer when he had to move cross country. Organizing meets isn't for me, so I won't be doing it again. That's not to say that there won't be one, but someone else will have to head it up.
