|  | | | So far I've just done a few scouting missions, mainly the Greenwich buildings, and Mohawk st buildings. Greenwich has roughly 10 buildings, and the Mohawk st one's only 3 that I saw.
I've also checked out a few drains along the dyke on the grand river.
Its a long shot, but does anyone know any other places in Brantford?

A source who lives across from the place says its a one story building, which is virtually empty due to how much money the previous owners owed to various sources. Very easy to get into, no security.
Its on the corner of Morrell st and Wilkes St.

| | | | Along the dyke by the Grand River. I just walked along there a few nights ago, and every 100ft(?) or so there is a manhole, and down the bank is the storm drain. I only saw 3 of them all identical. Each had a big red metal cap on them, with water rushing from the bottom. I'm not sure if these caps are liftable or its just the water pressure forcing them open. It was a mild night, all the snow was melting, lots of water, so I didn't risk trying to open it myself.
I had called the city engineer and he told me the locations of all of them that he knew off the top of his head. I only looked at 3 of them, and I know of one other one he told me. They are as follows :
End of these streets along the dyke:
Church St
Waterloo St
Scrafe st
Jubilee st
End of these along the canal/east ward creek:
Alfred St
Rawdon St
The other one I know of is the Alfred st one. Its behind a car dealership near Icomm Dr. 10-12 ft diameter. Not sure how far it goes though.

| | | | Nah, like I said. All the snow was melting, too much water coming from the pipes. I plan to go back sometime when its colder to see if I can lift the hatches or not. I doubt it though, they look real heavy. Ill try to find a pic of what they look like.

| | | | Ya, i know what red doors you are talking about they have them in london too. the small ones are light, but i have never tired to lift the big ones. i got soaked one time lifting a small one it was pretty funny, all this water shot out at me.

Just watch out for the water release... they can build up a fair amount of pressure behind those doors. Don't stand directly in front of it and get soaked like Citizen did
