The Port Melbourne Seaman's Mission was abandoned when I first came across it in the early 90s.

I can remember a couple of homeless guys ended up living there towards the end. They had a great little set up, but I get the feeling they were probably responsible for burning it down (or maybe the property developers that were having problems with getting some of the locals to sell).

The footage is a bit shaky, but I find it really interesting when you compare the surrounding area from then to today (between Station & Princes Piers).

The clip only goes for 90 seconds.
