| | | | Nope, they might appear to be from UER but they're most likely coming from spyware, or another window or pop-under you have open (don't you love those sites that open popups that each open their own popups, and then link back to the original site for more popup fun!?)
If anyone's having trouble with popups, get the Google toolbar or some other realtime popup blocker, and install ad-aware and run it occasionally to see if you're infected with spyware.
Turn off the internet and go play outside.
