Millpark Cotton Mill -
I rode my past this place on my bike and, since it faced a highway, I figured I would try to get in early another day to take pictures. Turns out a friend of mine knew about the place, but when we went his entry had been sealed up. We seriously overcomplicated our second attempt getting in, but managed it. The building has an older section will mill machinery still in it, including an industrial water wheel about 12ft tall that I didn't get a shot of. There's also the standard huge warehouse with pillars section, painted a hideous green color. Connecting the two is a rotted out "skywalk" thing with a wobbly funhouse floor, which was really sketchy to cross. We stayed for a good hour or two taking pictures before we heard someone else in the building. Since it was downstairs near the office, we figured it might have been the owner. Unfortunately, once outside the fence we heard a bunch of glass breaking inside. Anyway, not a bad for a local spot.

Mmmm, very nice shots. I like that one with the green metal stairs. Don't usually see them designed to provide a more comfortable place for your foot.

Softly creeping through
Empty hallways decades old,
glimpsing history.

Nice, I love the wall of levers in 4.

You heard vandals and resisted the urge to yell 'Police, you're surrounded' into a paper towel roll?

Nice shots. Looks like a cool place to fuck around for a bit.

It was considered.
When we heard someone else inside, we were 100% convinced it was the owner. So, at first we were just glad to be outside and evade who ever was in there. We didn't hear anything breaking until we were well outside the fence.

Also, it's not like there's much left to smash in there.
