It's funny I've talked to representatives at a depressed partially active steel mill in Ohio and another one in West Virginia and they've both been confronted at one time or another about transforming their mill into Casinos. I don't quite understand the parallel between fully integrated steel mill & table games + slots. Or why gambling seems to be the primary method for replacing the economic loss of manufacturing. .
