Pardon me boys......is that the Chattanooga Meet-up

I think I can speak for every one that this weekend's event was pretty successful and a great time was had by all. Thought I would start a thread with a few photos until we get a DB entry for every one to post more of their pics rather than making this pic heavy. Attendees~post your best here for now. (That's NOT saying don't make your own thread in the photo forums if you like.)

I'm so bummed. I wanted to make it that way, and at the last minute thought I could. Was going to be passing through to pick up a travel trailer but job was cancelled at the last minute so I'm glad I didn't tell anyone I could make it. Bleh, looks like ya'll had a good time.

great stuff everyone. I didn't shoot many photos myself, and most of what I did shoot was on film.
I'll edit what I got from camping and post them soon.

I didn't shoot much in the hotel or pighouse because I had a lot of old photos already and I knew you guys would have plenty of great shots of it. Here's some from other spots.

1. Beside the spot we met at.

2. Califone (Center) JohnQuincyDobbs(right) and I apologize but I forgot the screen name of the guy on the left, so tell me if it's you. =)

3. Once-ler checking out the skyline from the floating restaurant at night

4. Floating restaurant during the day. Hardly looks abandoned.

5. "Don't Fuck With Jesus"

6. Inside the bottom floor of the restaurant.

7. Me getting positively filthy while infiltrating the catwalks under the bridge

8. Chris-Kicker and Once-ler at the trains.

9. Engine room

10. Beautifully preserved. Impossible to get a bad photo of this.

11.

12. Outside "Mini Hall East"

13. Closer...

14. Interesting carpet hanging inside.

15. In the belly of the beast, just before the dogs ran us out. =(

I haven't really had a chance to go through everything and figure out which ones make the cut to get posted on the internets, so here's a few that I really liked in the meanwhile.

The first is SOOC, and a couple were a little crooked but that's all I fixed.

1. This is my favorite shot I took.

2.

7.

EDIT: Finally got it to work (as you can see).

Where are you uploading them from? I know embedding them with a link from flickr always works...

Yeah, and the acoustics were pretty awesome too. My camera wouldn't get any good photos in there though since it was so dark. =(

That entire area was the most awesome in pig house. It's a shame not everyone got to go up and see it.

Yeah the roof view is great too. Most people were just grouchy about going through that hike again. But it's totally worth it!

Not gonna argue with you on that one, haha. I was just ready to crawl inside of it unpitched and sleep the rest of the night.

Well I think that we can say that the Chattanooga Event was a success. With eighteen people and at least seven locations it was a long day. Gotta give respect to the Chatt crew for managing this so smoothly, guess they learned a thing or two from the ATL Festicles ;) It was good to meet so many new people and I will try to be in touch with everyone to set up future meets. Special thanks Chris Kicker, MPB and Ophie ! Here is a sampling of what turned out for me this weekend.
