It is pretty clean for the most part. all of the theater seats and a/v equipment are removed. Roof is HUGE and you can see philly skyline from there (last photo- faintly). The gutted theatre has a sloped floor while the others pictured have stadium seating. I would also assume this was an AMC theatre from the decor. They should have remodeled the lobby/concession stand cause that thing is hideous lol. Theres a theater in Queens that is completely stripped because the owner wanted to turn it into condos but was arrested mid way because of doing it without permits.
