| | | big, empty south jersey movie theater < on 8/27/2011 2:25 AM >
| | | abandoned about 10 years but you would never know it, really. the place is like a time capsule (not a very old one, but still...) It is pretty clean for the most part. all of the theater seats and a/v equipment are removed. Roof is HUGE and you can see philly skyline from there (last photo- faintly). First photo looks like a theater that was never built out and was always used for storage, etc. It would be fun to play hide and seek in here!

| | | neighborhood is safe, etc but the perimeter of this site is highly visible. stand alone structure, large parking lot on all sides with a busy wawa in eyeshot. major highway at the back of the building. you kind of need to approach as though you know exactly what you are doing no response from alarm, no electricity.

| | | The theatre might have closed during a remodel. The gutted theatre has a sloped floor while the others pictured have stadium seating. I would also assume this was an AMC theatre from the decor.

They could have been remodeling it or stripping it. They should have remodeled the lobby/concession stand cause that thing is hideous lol. Theres a theater in Queens that is completely stripped because the owner wanted to turn it into condos but was arrested mid way because of doing it without permits. They should have remodeled the lobby/concession stand cause that thing is hideous lol
