This weekend I drove out to Port Townsend to see a friend play music on Friday and Saturday night. I stayed at another friend's place and unexpectedly found some abandoned buildings. I did not have my actual camera with me so these are shitty phone camera pictures, but I figured I'd share them anyway. This is a 4-house site that was started by Habitat for Humanity and has since been abandoned. The friend I was staying at has lived at his house for 3 years and said these buildings have been up almost that long. He is also a real estate agent and told me of a large property he went to look at as a possible listing that was about 20 minutes away towards Chimacum that had been abandoned much longer and used by squatters. Apparently though, he think that it would make for a great photo op, so I will hopefully have some much better pictures of that site in the near future.
