I am passing this good news on from a Flickr friend that posted a current picture taken today of the school. He is not on this forum but wants to join.. He said that the auditorium is completely intact! Yeah! The explorer that was there when the fire broke out, was also there today. The owner asked to speak to this person.
I bet this explorer helps to clear the owners name. People in that neighborhood are saying that the owner burned his own building.
I am staying away from Philly for a while! Too much excitement for this old woman. lol

So we make a trip to 3 places that we have never been.
This place was really neat, but after an hour, a scrapper set a fire and we had to go. Felt cheated!
Two Scrapers, where they black and skinny, in there early 40's? those are the ow junkies that took all the dam windows out. We had a nice chill room on the corner of the second or third place, untill the scrappers took the windows out the weather came in! |
