This is a very interesting find in Mariemont, directions will be posted at the bottom. From the outside it doesn't look as big but inside it has 6 massive levels. I challenge anyone with good balance to get to the top. It is a very sketchy way up and you at many times will be balancing for your life.
To get to the top I recommend bringing gloves and good shoes. In the picture above there is a blocked window to the left. To get up you will need to climb each bar until you get to the next level. Explaining the entire thing would be too much information, so you should figure out the rest. But seriously, if you have bad balance I don't recommend trying to get to the top. There are many interesting things to look at and if you can get to the top you will be rewarded.
Warning: I am not accountable for what you do there if you get hurt or gets in trouble with the law if you go there you must keep this in mind
I have heard of people getting the cops called on them there so I might be sneaky.
It's located near a Mcdonald's and an Arby's and it is down the street into an apartment complex and you should be able to find it. Msg for entry details but hopefully you can figure it out yourself
