I had been seeing a wall with holes looking into a really cool overgrown courtyard but it was right on the main street so I couldnt just climb in. Luckily around back was a hole in the fence. It was great to go inside, the graffiti was cool and even better was that you could still see the circulation past theatre goers would have taken. There were two theatres (large and small) ticketing, concessions, bathrooms, and backstage equipment lofted above the stage.
