The ramp went down to an underground parking garage, and inside that was a huge underground cellar. There was a precious little junkie that would sleep at the bottom of the ramp every night. Poor angel- he totally broke my heart. Way too young to have a life like that. Anyway, the people who used the parking garage weren't nearly as amused by the junkie as I was, so they put up gates and security so no one can get in without being passed through. The photos that are well lit are all from on top of the ramp.
