Beautiful pics, fun ramp. Hard to get the feel of the place though. What was it?

Sorry for not responding earlier!

The ramp went down to an underground parking garage, and inside that was a huge underground cellar. There was a precious little junkie that would sleep at the bottom of the ramp every night. Poor angel- he totally broke my heart. Way too young to have a life like that.

Anyway, the people who used the parking garage weren't nearly as amused by the junkie as I was, so they put up gates and security so no one can get in without being passed through.

The photos that are well lit are all from on top of the ramp. There was a small parking area up there too.
