I'm pretty sure they did a meet up during the spring. The heat this summer has been pretty bad, so it might be best to start getting a good list of locations and get to know a few people and plan for the fall.

I think it is time that HR get a full fledged meetup. I don't know if MAMU V is being planned out already, but December 2012 in the HR area would be fantastic for it.

With the temperatures dropping, its time to start planning for a fall / winter meetup.
As for Fort Monroe, there is no chance of getting permission to go into the batteries. They are no longer structurally sound and some contain live munitions that were too unstable to move. I wouldn't give up the chance to get in if I could though...
Anyway, we need to get the ball rolling.
