well the first comment says

"This old building sits at Allen's Landing overlooking Buffalo Bayou. From buffalobayou.org, "Built in 1930, the Sunset Coffee Building served as a coffee roasting and distribution business. The building, which is located within downtown’s historic Main Street/Market Square Historic District is one of the few remaining industrial buildings on Buffalo Bayou." The good thing is they have plans to fix it up. More recently it was home of Love Street Light Circus and FeelGood Machine, one of the premier psychedelic nightspots of Houston in the 1960's."

.....they are growing SHROOMS IN IT.thats why the hobos hangout there....

WHAT? Those shrooms are going to turn out TERRIBLE, Psilocybin mushrooms need a very clean environment or else there is a type of mold that will grow on them and it'll make you sick. Poor hobos.

I totally learned this in high school health class if anyone asks.

I've walked around that building trying to find a way in, but hobos made us think otherwise. There's a crap load of them around there. And there literally is crap around the building too. Gross! So if you walk around the bldg, watch where you step, lol Let me know if you ever get in, would like to know what's all in there. Especially on the other floors since the first one looks pretty empty. At least it was when I went by there which was a few months ago.

Btw, how did you find out they're growing shrooms in there?

I have done a couple of photoshoots there over the years and it just gets worse every time. Before the economy tanked they were going to build a boat dock and coffee shop or something there, but that was a few years back and now all the signs are gone. Last time I went they had cleaned up three sides of the building, but the back side was COVERED IN SHIT. Literally, like a cow pasture. It was gross. I actually called the city because it was obvious they had mowed and cleaned up recently and they just ignored the back part. Also, i swear, if you go over there in the winter right before dark, when all the hobos are trying to get their camping spots for the night, it gets zombieland creepy.
