| | | I like them both but I prefer the second one. I like the simpler lines, with your eye being drawn from the bottom right up the ladder to the top. But they're both good.

| | | I like the first. I think it's a much better composition and gives a better idea of the scale. Nice work.

| | | I like the first one more...to me it gives a better sense of scale...but I like the limited colors in the second one...

| | | I prefer the second. In both shots the ladder does a great job putting it into perspective but I find the open holes in the first shot distracting. My eye starts following the ladder up and to the left but the open holes steal my attention. #2 IMO.

This. The second could be mistaken for a water tower, the first, there's no mistaking what it is. [last edit 4/4/2011 1:16 AM by \/adder - edited 1 times]

| | | I don't like how in the second one the subject almost touches the top of the frame, leaving a sliver of sky at the top of the photo. Cropped as they are, I'd go with the first.
I guess I should probably write something down here. |

Yup.

| | | they are both great roll the dice to decide.
They say "you can't judge a book by its cover!" I say "YES you can, if the cover has a girl on it with a cock in her mouth, its PORN!" if she's 18 and the cock is black, its GREAT porn! |

| | | I vote for the First. I like the complexity of it with multiple lines and directions and circles, it just makes me sort of excited staring at it. I think it would make a cool puzzle...

| | | #2 definitely has a better eyeflow to it, but in my opinion that is not the purpose of these photos. If you ask me, the purpose is to capture scale, the sheer dizzying height of the subject, and #1 accomplishes this purpose much more
